Live fish will be sent via overnight carriage.

Maximum TEN fish per box.

First box charged at £30

Then £20 thereafter.

Arrival date for fish delivery must be discussed with customer before any delivery is planned via our contacts page.

This is so we can take your address, phone number details and discuss the arrival date for the fish.

​We will not send fish out in hot weather.

This will ensure the safety of the fish. 

Any DOA must be photographed while still in the sealed bag otherwise the request for a refund is void.​

Food postage is free and will be posted the next working day and arrive in 2-3 working days.​

All deliveries will be signed/recorded.
